proteins.

3.One of the most common media used for maintaining and cultivating culture members of the Enterobacteriaceae

including Escherichia coli (E. coli).

DMSO

Dimethyl sulfoxide or DMSO is an organic solvent that is used as a cryoprotectant vitrification agent for the preservation

of cells, tissues and organs.

Application

1.Used in cell freezing media to protect cells from ice crystal induced mechanical injury.

2.Used for frozen storage of primary, sub-cultured, and recombinant heteroploid and hybridoma cell lines;

embryonic stem cells (ESC), and hematopoietic stem cells.

3.Fequently used in the combinations with BSA or fetal bovine serum (FBS).
