spores or other particles in suspensions under a microscope
* Manufactured from special optical glass according to DIN 12847 standard
* The slide surface is divided into two large filed (for inscriptions) and three narrow ridges (ground and polished)
* Double ruling and all group squares with triple boundary lines for counting
* Formula: Particles per μl volume = Counted particles/(Counted surface×chamber depth×Dilution)
